Thank you for considering Stardom Scientific Journal of Economy and Management Studies as the venue for your work. The following guidelines describe how to prepare and submit your manuscript.

1. Manuscript Preparation

1.1 File format

  • Submit the manuscript as a single PDF or DOCX file.
  • Use 12-pt Times New Roman or equivalent, 1.5 line spacing, A4 page size, 2.5 cm margins.
  • Number pages consecutively; number lines for the review version.

1.2 Structure

  1. Title page — title (≤25 words), all authors and affiliations, corresponding author email, ORCID iD(s).
  2. Abstract — 200–300 words, unstructured, summarising background, methods, results, and conclusions.
  3. Keywords — 4–8, separated by semicolons.
  4. Main text — Introduction, Materials & Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusions.
  5. Acknowledgments — funding sources and non-author contributors.
  6. Conflict of interest statement.
  7. Data availability statement.
  8. References — IEEE or APA style, used consistently.
  9. Figures & tables — embedded in the main file for review, supplied as separate high-resolution files (≥300 dpi) for production.

1.3 Language

Manuscripts may be submitted in Arabic or English. Non-native English authors are encouraged to have their text proofread before submission.

2. Submission

Submit your manuscript via the online platform at /submit/research. You will need a registered account. During submission you must:

  • Confirm the manuscript is original and not under review elsewhere.
  • Provide a cover letter explaining the significance of the work.
  • Suggest 3–5 potential reviewers (and any to exclude with justification).
  • Accept the journal's publication ethics, copyright, and APC terms.

3. Review Process

  1. Editorial screening (3–7 days) — scope, formatting, plagiarism check via Turnitin.
  2. Peer review (4–10 weeks) — double-blind, two or more reviewers.
  3. Decision — accept / minor revisions / major revisions / reject.
  4. Revision — authors respond point-by-point in the Author Response to Reviewers form.
  5. Final decision and production.

4. After Acceptance

Accepted articles undergo copyediting and typesetting. Authors receive a proof to check before publication. A DOI is assigned, and the final version is published open access on the journal site and deposited with CLOCKSS.

6. Useful checklists

  • Have you provided all author affiliations and ORCID iDs?
  • Are all references cited in the text, and vice versa?
  • Are figures legible at the journal's column width?
  • Have you included a conflict of interest statement?
  • Is the similarity index below 20% and AI index below 5%?
