Article Processing Charges (APC)

To sustain open-access publishing, Stardom Scientific Journal of Economy and Management Studies levies a single Article Processing Charge per accepted article. There are no submission fees, no fees during peer review, and no charges per page or figure.

Current Charges

\* Discounted APC applies to corresponding authors from low- and lower-middle-income countries (per World Bank classification) and to all postgraduate students with documented status.

What the APC Covers

• Editorial handling and double-blind peer review.
• Copyediting and typesetting.
• DOI registration with Crossref.
• Long-term archiving with CLOCKSS.
• Hosting and unlimited downloads.
• Permanent open-access publication under a Creative Commons license.

When the APC is Due

The APC becomes payable after acceptance and prior to production. The decision to accept is made purely on scientific merit; financial considerations have no role in editorial decisions.

Waivers

A full waiver may be granted for:

• Authors from countries facing severe economic hardship.
• Authors who can demonstrate financial inability to pay.
• Invited contributions and editorial materials.

To request a waiver, write to editor@stardomjournal.org at submission time with a brief justification. Waivers are granted at the discretion of the Editor-in-Chief and do not affect peer review.

Payment

Payment instructions are sent to the corresponding author upon acceptance. Common methods include bank transfer and major credit cards. Receipts are issued for institutional reimbursement.

Refunds

APCs are refundable if the article is withdrawn before production for editorial reasons.
