This study aimed to identify the role of effective leadership and its impact on the organizational behavior of employees in one of the holding companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the researcher adopted the descriptive analytical approach, and the identification as a main tool for data collection, and in general the study community of the employees of Mr. holding Group, the number of (238) m, the researcher has used the method of intentional sample of workers in administrative and technical functions and their number (51) to represent the actual society of the study, and the questionnaire was distributed to (48) individuals and the valid responses (48) individual. The results of the study showed that there is a statistically significant effect between effective leadership in its dimensions and the organizational behavior of employees, with the independent variable effective leadership gaining relative weight (90.8%) and the dependent variable organizational behavior relative weight (87.4%). The results also showed that there were no differences between the average estimates of the members of the study group Al-Sayyid holding group about the variables of the study (effective leadership and organizational behavior) attributed to the personal variables represented: (Gender, age group, qualification, number of years of service. The study recommended several recommendations, the most important of which were:
The senior management should fully adopt effective leadership in all its dimensions to promote the achievement of its objectives and the requirements of positive and desirable organizational behavior, improve and develop the organizational environment in the company with all the elements of comfortable work and create a healthy climate to become attractive for creativity and distinguished performance, and work to develop effective systems of incentives, promotions and rewards and linking them to performance to achieve job satisfaction. In addition to some recommendations, the researcher proposes to prepare more studies on different leadership styles and their impact on achieving quality performance and organizational citizenship behavior in different sectors.
